EPA’s Clean Air Standards for Coachella Valley

This course delves into the EPA’s final rule approving California’s strategy for reducing ozone pollution in Coachella Valley. Participants will explore the State Implementation Plan’s critical components, including the Reasonable Further Progress and Vehicle Miles Traveled emissions offset demonstrations, to understand how California addresses compliance with the 1997 8-hour ozone standards.
