Can courses be customized?
Instructional designers, media specialists, course creators – anyone interested in customizing any of our titles – you have come to the right place!
We understand that while our courses provide a tremendous service by applying an instructional design to a tremendous amount of complex information, you may want to customize and make them your own.
Unlike traditional “off-the-shelf” titles, when you purchase a Hybrid license, the Gov.Education titles can be completely tailored for your specific training needs.
What is a Hybrid License?
Can we re-sell a course that we created with the Hybrid license?
With a hybrid license can we add our own “look and feel”.
What about importing images, adding hyperlinks, adding sections, lessons and/or pages.
These are all things you can do with the Hybrid license. You will have your own “media library” in which to store and keep track of your media assets. The media library also keeps track of assets via a “Where Used” utility.
What about accessibility and Section 508 compliance?
Can we use Articulate Storyline to update course content?
We have programmers on staff that can hand-code interactions, can we use “custom” interactions?
How do we Publish a course?
If using your own LMS, one can download a SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 package. If using our LMS, it is simply an online file transfer. More advanced course publishing processes are available. Contact our support team for special situations.
