* Identify the scope, applicability, and key definitions of the new cybersecurity regulations.
* Apply the minimum cybersecurity requirements for account, device, and data security.
* Implement cybersecurity drills, exercises, and personnel training to comply with regulatory mandates.
* Prepare, maintain, and update a compliant Cybersecurity Plan and Cyber Incident Response Plan.
* Understand reporting obligations for cyber incidents and the consequences of non-compliance.
* Utilize waiver and equivalency procedures where full compliance is not feasible.
