In this course you will learn the following:
* Summarize the scope, intent, and applicability of the new cybersecurity regulations for the MTS.
* Identify and apply the legal and regulatory requirements for account, device, and data security measures on IT and OT systems.
* Develop and maintain a compliant Cybersecurity Plan and Cyber Incident Response Plan.
* Understand the role, qualifications, and responsibilities of the Cybersecurity Officer (CySO).
* Implement required drills, exercises, training, and documentation practices.
* Recognize and act upon the reporting obligations for cyber incidents.
* Utilize waiver and equivalence processes when full compliance is impractical.
* Analyze the consequences of non-compliance, including legal and financial repercussions.
