In this course you will learn the following:
* Understand the context, purpose, and scope of 31 CFR Part 850.
* Identify covered transactions and excepted transactions.
* Determine if a person or entity qualifies as a covered foreign person or a person of a country of concern.
* Understand the notification requirements and procedures for notifiable transactions.
